About Us
We are a Brisbane-based workshop facilitation organisation who specialise in face-to-face CliftonStrengths Workshops that enable teams to understand each other better.
Common Ground was created around a simple belief:
In a world of constant change and pressure, people are being stretched in many directions.
Taking time to understand how we think, work and relate to others helps people feel more confident and grounded in how they contribute.
Most teams don't struggle because of lack of capability, they struggle because of a lack of shared understanding.
Common Ground exists because we believe that a team’s greatest work happens when individual strengths are recognised and optimised.
We're glad you found us. Common Ground is where your team will find its rhythm.
How We Work
We are specialised:
We focus on one thing: helping teams understand how they think, communicate, and work together.
Rather than covering broad theory, the workshop centres on how individuals actually operate in real work situations. This keeps the conversation practical, relevant, and grounded in everyday work.
Because it centres on how people actually think and work, the insight tends to stay with them — often shaping how they approach conversations both at work and beyond
We work in a high-trust way:
We create structured, respectful environments where people can explore differences without pressure. There's no vulnerability and no judgment. No two teams are the same, and we facilitate in a way that feels natural, reads the room, adapts in real time and creates the right conditions for results.
We value in-person work:
All of our workshops are delivered face-to-face. Insignt often comes from what happens in the room especially the energy and human interaction. An in-person session will create stronger connections and meaningful outcomes.
We are experienced and deeply invested in the work:
Our workshops are grounded in strengths psychology and the CliftonStrengths framework. They draw on real experience with team dynamics, communication patterns, and how people operate under pressure and uncertainty.
